The City of Childersburg will accept bids for shade area/cover at the Kiwanis Park in downtown Childersburg.

Bid will include:

• 30' x 40' x 14' rectangle area of shade cover
• All labor and material (color grey)
• Site preparation as needed and complete installation

Successful bidder must provide certificate of insurance, worker's compensation certificate and current business license.

Sealed bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. at City Hall on September 27th, 2019.

Eligible Participants for Garbage Exemption.

It is time for review of exemption/reduction status for garbage pick-up for fiscal year 2020. Present status will expire on September 30, 2019.

• All eligible residents must complete and return application to City Hall will the necessary proof forms by the expiration date of September 30, 2019.

Please send/bring all necessary documentation: Ex: proof of income, a garbage utility receipt in your name, and other required documents for verification purposes.
